Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive dental care available. An important part of our practice is making the cost of care simple and manageable for our patients by offering several payment options. Your treatment plan coordinator will discuss the financial aspect of your individual treatment and consequently help you to create a personalized payment plan that is optimal for you and your family.

 Payment Plan Options

  • We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa, cash, and checks.
  • We offer interest-free extended payment plans through a financing company called Care Credit.
  • Patients without insurance are offered a 5% courtesy discount for payment in full at the time of service with cash or check. Dental products and any service that requires a lab bill is excluded.
  • Senior citizens (60 and over) without insurance are offered a 10% discount for payment in full at time of service with cash or check. Dental products and any service that requires a lab bill is excluded.
  • Active military and Veterans (with ID) without insurance are offered a 10% discount for payment in full at time of service with cash or check. Dental products and any service that requires a lab bill is excluded.

Insurance Information

At Connecticut Family Dentistry, we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement.  We process and file claims for any provider, and we’re in-network with a number of major PPO insurance providers.
