Dear Patients & Families,
First and foremost, we hope that you and your
loved ones are doing well during this unprecedented and stressful time. We
understand the stress that the COVID-19 pandemic has placed on our lives and we
want to assure you that we are doing everything we can to support you, keep you
informed, and provide a safe place for you to return once the situation
improves and we approach normalcy.
At this time, we are open by emergency
appointment only. If you are having a dental emergency involving significant
pain, swelling, or trauma, please call the office at 860-646-1704 so that we
can discuss your emergency and provide necessary assistance and/or treatment.
If you are unsure if your discomfort qualifies as an emergency, please
feel free to call us so that we can assist and help guide you. Even though we
are not in the office, we are checking our voicemails frequently.
Due to the uncertainty of when our office will
officially reopen and resume normal functioning, we are not rescheduling any
patients at this time. Once we have a more definitive date, we will reach out
to you to begin the scheduling process.
We want you to rest assured that we will
continue to maintain our open lines of communication and be an available and
supportive resource for you. We will continue to closely monitor the
latest information and recommendations by our federal and state dental agencies
to promote a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff members.
Your patience and understanding means the world to us, and we truly are in this
together.
