Status Update

Dear Patients,

As all of you know, our vision here at CT Family Dentistry is to partner with patients with the goal of achieving long-term oral and overall health for all those we are honored to serve. In light of the current COVID-19 concerns, we wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the precautions we are taking at our office to ensure your (and our) health, safety, and well-being.

What are we doing?

In addition to the routine steps we take centered around sound infection control procedures, we are being even more vigilant of all the areas in the office. Surfaces in the reception area, front desk area, and restroom, which would normally be cleaned and disinfected daily, are now being disinfected throughout the day. In addition, all non-furniture items will be removed from the waiting room and counter-tops.

What can you do?

If you have traveled to China, Japan, South Korea, Italy, Iran, or any other region affected by the coronavirus, please call our office prior to your appointment in order to reschedule. Washing your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds is of utmost importance as well.

If you are not feeling well, have a fever, cough, or difficulty breathing, please call our office to reschedule any upcoming appointments. If you are not well, we will help you cancel the current appointment with no fee and make sure that we have a future appointment scheduled so you can stay on track with your care!

Communicate with us and stay informed!

During this stressful time, staying healthy helps you fight off any challenge! Know that we take our role as your healthcare provider very seriously and are here to help! Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. For the latest information and guidance, please refer to the CDC’s CDC Covid-19 Situation Webpage.

Sincerely,

All of us at CT Family Dentistry
