You asked, and we answered! Our Manchester Connecticut dental office has always made our patients our priority. We have been getting requests from our patients to participate in more insurance networks, so that they are better able to maximize their benefits.
We are happy to announce that as of November 1, 2017, we now are a preferred provider in the PPO networks of Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, and MetLife Dental. We will also be joining the PPO network of United Healthcare Dental, which should be official January of 2018.
What does this mean for you? Using a participating dentist can result in higher annual maximums, reduced copays, and higher percentages of coverage. Because we will now have a fee schedule of contracted rates, it will be easier for us to calculate the most accurate estimates for fillings, extractions, crowns and all of your other dental needs. So, you know that treatment that you have been putting off for years thinking you didn’t have coverage? With the calendar year ending, it may be a good time to check your remaining benefits and get back on track!
